Meal Subscriptions

Subscriptions Plans are for those individuals that would like to order meals every week.  We do not charge to join the plan.  We do require subscription customers to order meals every week and the customer can only pause the subscription once per quarter.  We must adhere to this pause policy.

Subscription Plan customers receive a text message from us every Saturday that shows the menu for the upcoming week.  Customers then text us back their order by Tuesday at 2pm.  If we do not receive your order by 2 pm, we will select the meals for you.  We must adhere to this policy for the process to run smoothly.

 

The customer’s credit card will be billed automatically every Tuesday.

Meals are ready for pickup Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.  This pickup date may change as we change our hours.  Sometime meals will be ready for pickup Friday night from 6 to 8 pm

Subscriptions can be canceled via email to hello@redefinedfoodco.com.  We do require 1 week notice for cancellation otherwise your credit card will be charged.

We do not offer subscriptions plans for under 5 meals per week.
